The 2-CM Technologies' SkillBridge Internship Program (SIP) is an opportunity for Service Members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. SIP offers Service Members diverse, challenging, and exciting job experience with 2-CM Technologies. We provide opportunities to gain real-world corporate experience with potential full-time employment post separation/retirement.

For Service Members, SIP provides an invaluable chance to work and learn in civilian career areas. For 2-CM, SIP is an opportunity to access and leverage the world’s most highly trained and motivated workforce. Service Members participating in SIP receive their military compensation and benefits, and 2-CM will provide the training and work experience.

Separating Service Members can be granted up to 180 days of permissive duty to focus solely on training full-time with 2-CM after the unit commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) provides written authorization and approval.
